With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Maureen Elizabeth Anderson (Saint Ignace, Michigan), born in Ellison Bay, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Maureen Elizabeth left this world on September 8, 2024 at the age of 62, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marylyn Jane Anderson (Payment) and Gordon Wayne Anderson; her stepfather Clifford Gillam; her siblings, Robert Anderson and Cynthia Fountain; her stepsisters, Melba Malek (Russ) and Martha Gillespie; and her niece Nicci Tackett.
She is survived by: her children, Derek Anderson (Cora) of Sault Ste, Matthew Berger of Kincheloe and Kendra Cameron (Dakota) of Levering, Michigan; her grandchildren, Serenity Annand, Chase Anderson, Karleigh Cameron and Bailey Cameron; her stepgranddaughter Kaylee Ball; her sisters, Tina Bundt of Kincheloe and Carrie-Lynn Gillam of Kincheloe; and her stepsiblings, Donald Robertson of Beaver, Oklahoma and Maria King of Berkley, Michigan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilderness Tabernacle Pentecostal Church of God (777 E North Caribou Lake Rd, De Tour Village, MI 49725). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
