He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Harrigan and Deborah Harrigan (Herman); his wife Jessica; his children, Jackson "Jack", Lillian "Lilly", German Shephard and Cadence; his grandmother Bernice Herman (Kalchik); his siblings, Melinda Fasel (Jason), Katherine Zimmerman (Ryan), Bethany White (Ryan), Rebekah Bartman (Brian) and Edward Harrigan (Kaitlynn Tokie); and his nieces and nephews, Alexa, Trey Martin, McKade Fasel, Emily, Joshua Zimmerman, Carson and Hunter White. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous friends and brothers & sisters.
