He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Gardner and Violet Gardner (Perry); his sister Doris Nelson; his niece Barbara Gould; his nephews, Cecil Cairns, Gary Cairns, Francis Gardner, George Krough and Teddy Krough; his great-nieces, Charity Colwell, Grayce and Shelby McCoy; and his siblings, James Gardner, Neva Cairns, Grace Gardner and Alice Walls.
