She is survived by: her parents, Frank Hubbard and Elizabeth Hubbard (Carlson); her spouse Robert C. Longyear; her daughters, Denise Longyear of Mohawk and Laurie Gulliksen of Levering; her grandchildren, Sara Nundkumar (Neelesh) of Greensboro, Adam Smith of Santa Rosa, Elizabeth Smith of Wheat Ridge, Erica Gulliksen of Tacoma, Brett Sullivan of Los Angeles and Erin Sullivan of Oak Park; her great grandchildren, Arya Nundkumar and Avi Nundkumar; her brother-in-law James Cavallaro East Detroit; and her sister Shirley Cavallaro. She is also survived by nephew and nieces, her dear friend since high school, Shirley Russell of Detroit, and her dog Max, who would visit and spend nights with her at Evergreen Living Center, In addition to her husband, Robert, she was preceded in death by her parents.
