With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Thomas Bennett of Saint Helen, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 14, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hollis Bennett and Irene Catherine Sanborn; and his siblings, Barbara Magel of Kingsley and James Bennett of Traverse City. He is survived by: his wife Christine Hakalow of St. Helen; his children, Kenneth Bennett of Lincoln Park, Suzanne Sullivan (Scott) of Royal Oak and Gregory Bennett (Stephanie Baker) of Monroe; his grandson Matthew Bennett of Monroe; and his sister Catherine Cook of Kewadin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
