He was predeceased by: his parents, Hassan Salem and Ethel Salem (Kozan); and his siblings, Sam and Janet. He is survived by: his wife Maria "Joyce" Salem of St. Helen; his sons, Greg Salem of Dearborn Heights, Jeff Salem (Jody) of St. Helen and Bob Salem (Debbie) of Redford, MI; and his grandchildren, Michael Salem of Dearborn, Maria Salem of East Lansing, MI and Cole Salem of Redford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
