He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Smith and Minnie Smith (Sprague); his brothers, James and Robert Smith; and his sister-in-law Mary Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Smith of St. Helen; his daughters, Janice Smith of Milan, MI and Karen Dutcher (Richard) of Washington, MI; his grandchildren, Taylor and Nicole; his brother Chester Smith; and his sister-in-law Lottie Smith of Fort Myers, FL..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners.
