He was predeceased by: his daughter Renae Fogerty; and his parents, Mary Lou Fogerty Smith (Upleger) and Leo Edward Fogerty. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Christopher Fogerty (Salina), Corey Fogerty and Kailey Fogerty; and his siblings, Cindy Durfee (Steve), Lyle Fogerty (Cherie), Shari Raymond (Art), Denise Raymond (Robin), Larry Fogerty (Tammy), Lisa Pulley (Steve), Bill Fogerty (Diane) and Amy Sanchez (James). He is also survived by Nieces, nephews 27 great nieces and 20 great nephews and 10 grandchildren.
