He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Perrotta and Beatrice McGrath; and his siblings, Russell Perrotta, Shirley Perrotta, James Danaher, Jay Mosley and Shannon Bloodworth.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Larson of St. Helen; his children, Michael Paille (Jamie) of Higgins Lake, MI, Megan Hizey (Cameron) of Madison, IN, Amber Perry (Randy) of St. Helen and Abbey Gransden (Jessie) of Midland, MI; and his siblings, Laura Hardee (Fredrick), Frank Perrotta (Rene), Brian Perrotta (Belinda), Dawn Mosley, Rose Demitroulas, Alvie Mosley and Coshise Bloodworth. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
