He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Roach and Dorothy Roach (Ware); his wife Mary Roach of St. Helen; his children, Douglas Roach of Romulus, Kim Scurto of Allen Park, Barbara Hardy (Gerald) of Wayne, William Nightingale (Lynn) of Sterling Heights, Denise Reiber (Robert) of Trenton and Michael Nightingale (Melanie) of Blissville; and his sister Karen Ellis (Donald) of Clayton. He was also cherished by 20 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
