She was predeceased by: her daughter Judith Smotel; her granddaughter Kelly Hennig; and her brothers, Bob Okrie and Frank Okrie. She is survived by: her spouse Edward F. Horn; her daughters, Diane Ripplinger (Edward) and Linda Robilliard (Robert); her grandchildren, Vicki Gonzalez, Steven Ripplinger, Todd Robilliard, Troy Robilliard, Kristin Michaelis and Craig Fenton; her great grandchildren, Aaron, Kayla, Nathan, Dominic, Alexandra, Evan, Samantha, Cody, Ashley, Kyle, Josh, Taylor, Koda, Trevor, Kyra, Reagan, Lucas and Ella; her great great grandchildren, Carter, Tanner, Wes, Kinley, Layla and Logan; her brother Leonard Okrie (Ilene); and her sister-in-law Mary Okrie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
