She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe and Leah (Beythan); her husband Carl Jenkins; and her brother Maurice Dowell (Bonnie). She is survived by: her children, Vera Zettel (Edward), Dr. Christopher Jenkins (Rosie), Dr. Jay Jenkins (Donna Edles) and Dr. Amy Hance (Michael Finton); and her grandchildren, Melissa Lyons (Travis), Nathan Zettel, Rachel Zettel, Christopher Jenkins, James Jenkins (Brittany), Joshua Jenkins (Jaylene), Elizabeth Thompson (Jacob), Nicholas Jenkins, Timothy Hance and Morgan Itani (Mahmoud). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and many sisters in law, brothers in law, nephews, and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Homes - St. Helen (702 N St Helen Rd, St Helen, MI 48656). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
