He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Gilchrist; and his sister-in-law Ruthie Gilchrist. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Gilchrist (Delby) of St. Helen; his daughter Katrina Gilchrist (George Shrokman IV) of St. Helen; his grandson George Shrokman V of St. Helen; and his brothers, Robert Gilchrist of Pontiac, Jeff Gilchrist of St. Helen and Brian Gilchrist of St. Helen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
