She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Douthit and Virginia Douthit; her spouse Bernie Chapman; and her siblings, Virginia White, Richard Douthit, June Jones and Ronnie Douthit.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Chapman, Patricia Biscarner (Larry), Lynn Wood (George), Marla Zammitta (Joe), Annette Chapman and Michael Chapman; her grandchildren, Jamie Lee Spears (Mike), Kyle Chapman, Hannah Patterson, Shannon Fryer (Chris), Brenton Biscarner (Ashton), Sean Hunt (Kelly), Kelly Gross (Shawn), Cady Zammitta, Jake Zammitta and Heather Royal (Clay); her great grandchildren, Landen, Mason, Carsen, Kinsley Spears, Avery, Reade Patterson, Greyson, Sterling Fryer, Brecken, Crossen Biscarner, Aubrey Hunt, Laken and Braelyn Gross; and her siblings, Troy Douthit, Diane Douthit and Judy Douthit. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
