He was predeceased by: his parents, James Toms and Mildred Toms; his wife Barbara Jean Askins; and his son Mark Toms. He is survived by: his children, Christine Sharon (Michael) and Matt Toms (Kerey). He is also survived by grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends.
