He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Neal; his wife Vanda L. Sweet; his grandson Joshua Neal; and his son-in-law Robert Lane. He is survived by: his children, Linda Lane, Clayton Neal (Kay) and Julie Jobe (John). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
