He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kozfkay and Lucy Kozfkay; his daughter Mary Kozfkay; his parents-in-law, Herman and Clara Lemanski; his brothers, Ronald Kozfkay and Robert Kozfkay; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Meacham and Loretta Lemanski.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Kozfkay; his children, William Kozfkay (Christine) and Dawn Thibodeaux (Todd); his grandchildren, Karl, Ashlynn and Tyler; his siblings, Steve Kozfkay (Geri), Patty Meacham, Cyndi Schricker (Mark), Gary Kozfkay, Judi Good (Duane) and Larry Kozfkay (Brenda); his siblings-in-law, Jean Parish (Ron), John Lemanski, Judy Rockwell, Joe Lemanski, Janet Brown (Keith) and Jennifer Holdwick (Tom); and his aunt Genevieve Horitski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
