He is survived by: his siblings, Rosalie Verstraete, Robert Skoczen, Janet Skoczen and Ronald Skoczen (Sharon); his nephew Jason Skoczen (Deanna); his niece Karen Skoczen; and his great-nieces, Kenley Skoczen, Brooklyn Skoczen and Grace Skoczen.

Memorials may be made to the St. Clair County Humane Society, VFW and the Vietnam Veterans of America.
