He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl Campbell. He is survived by: his father Michael Campbell (Carol); his wife Aimee Ridley; his children, Joey, Logan Whitehead, Michaela, Olivia Tyrell and Michael Joseph Campbell III; his sisters, Lisa, Katie and Karley; and his parents-in-law, Consie Pickard (William) and Dirk Ridley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
