He was predeceased by: his parents, Amelia Phyllis Lavely Ross and Donald A. Ross. He is survived by: his cousins, Deborah Ingersoll of Texas, Priscilla Woodley (John Paul), George Ingersoll of Virginia and Patricia Roles (Randy) of Minnesota; and his friends, Rose Scheuer and Olive Ann McCallum. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
