It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Frances Rossi of Saint Clair, Michigan, born in Port Huron, Michigan, who passed away on August 3, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donald A. Thompson; her son Frank D. Rossi; and her close friend Ruth Sawher. She is survived by: her husband Frank L. Rossi; her siblings, Pixie Purkiss (Charles), Jackie Kibbe (Alan), Mark Rucker (Cherry), Michelle Patterson, Jane Ward (Brian) and Alex Thompson; and her children, Sheila Kirkbride (David), Steve Rossi (Lisa), Robert Rossi (Gina) and Karen Perini (James).
