He is survived by: his wife Lori McNeil; his sons, Jeffrey Lusk Jr. (Christine), Joe Lusk, Christopher McKenna (Megan) and Matthew McKenna; his stepdaughter Nicole; his grandchildren, Carson and Emma; his siblings, Debra, Lorrie and Terry; and his nephew Justin.
