It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Rozell of Saint Clair, Michigan, born in OKean, Arkansas, who passed away on June 3, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruford Rozell and Lottie Rozell. He is survived by: his wife Marty Rozell; and his children, James, Jr. Rozell (Laura), Robin Whiting (Gary), Jeff Rozell (Cindy), Kim Tresick (Harold) and Cathy Gatz (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
