He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Andrea DeVolder; and his sisters, Louise Measel and Martha Knokhart. He is survived by: his wife Joan DeVolder; his sons, Steven DeVolder (Johanne) and Mark DeVolder; his grandchildren, Marisa, Joseph and James; his siblings, Oscar DeVolder (Patricia), Dolores Jensen and Nancy Herman (Gary); and his friend Henry Tomczyk. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
