He was predeceased by: his parents, James Douglas and Genevieve Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Lu Ann; his children, Christian Douglas, Eric Douglas and Genevieve Donovan (Patrick); and his sisters, Katherine Garcia and Christine Martinico (Phil). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to Blue Water Hospice Home.
