She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hayes and Mary Ann Hayes; and her significant other Roger Wilson Shelton. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Jo Self (David Philip) and Shawn Shelton; and her grandsons, David Andrew Self and Bryan Self (Aemi).
