She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Govaere and Alice Govaere; and her husband Walter Lukasak of Mary's Mystical Rose Catholic Church. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She enjoyed baking and shared her bake goods with many friends and bake sales, her embroidery projects were admired, and gave them to her grandchildren along with donating them to various places for raffle fundraisers.
