She was predeceased by: her father Earl Block; her husband Ralph Charles Mayhew II; and her siblings, Earl Block and Juanita Dandron. She is survived by: her sisters, Carol Patterson, Bertha Dandron and Georgie Kettlehut; her nephew Daniel Mayhew; her children, Richard Mayhew (Jody), David Mayhew (Rebecca), Ralph Mayhew III (Colista) and Nancy Edmonson; and her niece Virginia. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
