He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cheslock and Mary Cheslock; and his siblings, Edward Cheslock and Cindy Cheslock. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Karafa; his children, Holly Cheslock, George Cheslock (Angela) and Megan Cheslock; his grandchildren, Edward and Emma Cheslock; and his sister Mary Ann. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
