With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eloise Zelpha Carey of Saint Clair, Michigan, who passed away on February 19, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carey and Elizabeth Carey; her son-in-law Jerry Mctaggert; and her siblings, Gerald Carey, Virginia Greenan and Lorraine Germonprez.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Mattock (Katherine), Richard Mattock (Rosa) and Wenda Mattock; her grandchildren, Eric McDonald (Kris), Tony Mattock (Glenda), Joshua Mattock, David-Paul Mattock (Binh), Melissa Edwards, Elizabeth Skuta (Jay) and Kenneth Mattock Jr. (Tarra Briggs); and her great grandchildren, Delaney McDonald, Khale Mattock and Thomas Skuta.
