He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Emerich and Anna Emerich; his wife Iris Livernois; his siblings, Robert Emerich and Josephine Brinker; his children, Gary Emerich and Jacquelyn Basnaw; and his son-in-law Joseph Landra.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Emerich (Debra), Tom Emerich (Linda) and Ann Landra; and his sister-in-law Rosemary "Babe" Servick. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
