He was predeceased by: his parents, Sumner Murphy and Evelyn Murphy; his wife Marion "Mimi" Murphy; and his brother Ron Murphy (Betty). He is survived by: his children, Linda Emig, David Murphy (Jo), Mark Murphy, Julie Gamber (Jim) and Liz Schweihofer (Rick); and his grandchildren, Heather, Lauren, Jerry, Amy, Jenny, Daniel, Amberly, Allison, Jade, Jenna, Kent, Emma, Emily, John, Nicole, Trevor and Graham. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
