She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Murray and Elizabeth Murray; and her sister Joy Osterland. She is survived by: her significant other Terry Duffney; her stepchildren, Andrea Sumner Kruger and Andrew Sumner; her grandchildren, Sumner Kruger, Madeline Kruger and Hunter Sumner; her siblings, Dr. Dan Murray (Fran) and Shannon Murray; and her brother-in-law Robert Osterland. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
