It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bart James Stockwell of Saint Clair, Michigan, who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stockwell and Evelyn Stockwell; his son George Stockwell III; his sister Ila Seczawa; his niece Joie Lynn Stockwell; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Halvorson and Mike Gellasch.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Stockwell; his children, Bart II Stockwell (Kristy), Tricia Gapshes (Dan) and Katie Stockwell; his grandchildren, Maddy, Colton, Daniel, Jacob, Anna, Alicja, Jayce, Ashlynn, Kalynn, Charlie and Bailey; his siblings, Diane Halvorson, Barbara Ellery (Gary), Carol Teichman (Lee), Michael Stockwell (Sandy), John Stockwell (Cathy) and Evelyn Weber (Ed); and his brother-in-law Stanley Seczawa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
