She is survived by: her parents, James Harrison Tate, MD and Helen Stover Tate; her husband Stan; her children, Brian (Florencia Attademo) of Asuncion, Jay (Erika Garcia) of Chicago and Andra Hirt Starshak (Michael) of Glenview; her grandchildren, Hayley Starshak of Michael Starshak, III, William Starshak, Julia Hirt and Sean Hirt; and her brothers, Jay Tate (Sandra Best) and Gary Tate of Henderson, NV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
