He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Peter Blay and Frances Martha Blay (Trevor). He was also cherished by his family, friends.
The lying in state was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church (21100 Madison St, St Clair Shores, MI 48081). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St Isaac Jogues Catholic Church.
