She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Zuziak and Stella Zuziak Sr.; and her brother David A. Zuziak (Debra). She is survived by: her brother Alphonse S. Zuziak Jr.. She is also survived by 3 nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
