He is survived by: his spouse Kelly Ann Portwood; his sons, Richard Timothy Belisle (Mandy), John Lee Belisle and Austin Collins; his siblings, Angie Dailey, Joseph, Ralph, Vincent and Timothy Belisle; his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Fleming (Charlie), Amanda "Lynnie" Dailey (Anthony), DJ Dailey (Amanda), Andrew Dailey, Ralph and Steven Belisle; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tristan, Lilliana, Mia, Anthony Jr., Cynthia, Austin, Jordon, Brendan and Camden.
