He is survived by: his wife Liz; his sons, Kenneth (Lianne), Michael (Robyn), Phillip (Lauren) and Jeffrey (Chris); his grandchildren, Alexander, Andrea, Rachel, Rebecca and Avery; and his brothers, Anthony (Loretta), Joseph (late Mary Lou) and John (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
