He is survived by: the fathers of children, Steve Fazzola (Marla) and Nick Fazzola (Julie); his grandchildren, Stephanie Montano (Jason), Chelsea Webb (Mika Pitanguy), Nicholas Fazzola, Andrew Fazzola and Matthew Fazzola; his great grandchild Charlie Jean Montano; his stepgrandchildren, Shae Tomkiewicz (Erin), Kasey Tomkiewicz and Connor Tomkiewicz; and his siblings, Alvera Clark (Gordon), Joann Barraco (late Moe), George Fazzola (Mitzi) and Debbie Moore. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
