He was predeceased by: his father Estel; and his brothers, Cliff and Lil Sam. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Cummings; his children, Brandy, Mikey (Pam), Brittany, Stephanie (Ben) and Mark; his mother Clara; and his siblings, Sis (Randy), Marty, Frank (Debbie), Cindy (Rob) and Holly (Todd). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
