He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Fletcher and Ava Fletcher; and his siblings, Donald Fletcher and Debra Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Debby; his daughters, Carla Brown and Michelle Brown; and his brother Larry Fletcher (Sandra).
