He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Caputo and Eleanor Caputo; and his sister Donna. He is survived by: his wife Maryann; his child Marlana Waring (Chris); his grandchildren, Steven (Michelle), Nathan, Sophia and Dominic; his great grandchild Magnus; his brother David (Barbara); his nieces and nephews, Chris, Jennifer (Kenny), Kelly (Shaun), Megan (James), Adam (Carrie) and Clair; and his pet Stella.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Michigan Humane Society or the American Heart Association would be appreciated by Mike's family.
