He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gerbasi and Agnes Gerbasi. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette; his children, Timothy (Dawn), Charlyne (Jack) and Matthew (Carly); his grandchildren, Stephen, Jaclyn, Kenny, Rebecca, Raymond and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Skylar and Milo; and his siblings, Robert (Mary) and Charlyne (Mike). He is also survived by his three children, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society are preferred.
