He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Blackburn and Maryann Blackburn (Gainer); his wife Mary (Scowden); his children, Amanda and Keith Blackburn (Leticia); his grandchildren, Sophia, Gabby, Seth and Gia; and his siblings, Robin (Janice) and Patrick Blackburn (Lisa).
