With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Hornung Brennan of Saint Clair Shores, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 1, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto (Bertha Hornung) and S. A. (Hamburg); and her significant other Vincent J. Brennan. She is survived by: her significant other Court of Appeals; her children, Vincent J. Brennan (Megan), Julia Brennan Dinan (Timothy), Patrick O. Brennan (Kathryn) and Sarah H. Brennan; and her grandchildren, Timothy Dinan, Dr. Vincent Brennan, Jr., Michael Dinan, Daniel Brennan (Alex), Marijane Brennan Crocker (Edward), Andrea Brennan, Claire Dinan, Margaret Brennan, William Gilroy, Patrick Brennan, Erin Brennan, James Brennan, Ann Gilroy and Katherine Gilroy.
