She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald "Jerry"; her brother Robert Herman (late Bunny); and her parents, Jerome Tack and Sarah Tack. She is survived by: her children, David (Lashonda), Tom, Mike (Lisa), Pete (Karen) and Mary Beth Chesbrough (Charlie); her grandchildren, James, Sarah Gundrum (Ricky), Maggie, Megan, Billy, Phillip, Jack, Josh and Ricky; her great grandchild Luca; her uncle Harold; and her aunt Florence Grant.
