He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert and Bernadette Dunigan. He is survived by: his close friend Shirley Schendt; his children, Joann Shade (Robert), Kathleen Miller (David), David (Sue), Dennis, Robert, Mary Orth and Joseph; his siblings, Rita Brus, Sr., Mary Choiniere, S. J. and Margaret Richardson; and also Georgina. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
