He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter DeQuick and Mary DeQuick. He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his children, Joe (Clara), John (Judy Terenzi), Carla Verkest (Kevin) and Cathy Scarpaci (Steve); his grandchildren, Joe (Rita), Cecilia Green (Will), Stephanie O'Connell (Ryan), Chris (LeighAnn), Derek Terenzi, Andrea Parks (Austin), Danny Terenzi, Nikki Werner (Joe), Tori Branch (Nick), Lexi Verkest, Vinnie Scapaci (Emma) and Breanna Scarpaci; and his great grandchildren, JC, Emma, Elisa, Leah, Gabe, Ollie, Avery, Ivey, Raelynn, Weston, Ethan and Branch.
