He is survived by: his children, Lisa Forhan (Phillip), Kelly Boomer (Patrick), Kristy Reardon (Richard Compeau) and John L. Reardon; his grandchildren, Hunter and Shaye; and his sisters, Donna Myers (late Donald) and Lynn Carter.
